I ordered on the the phone. I described what I wanted. The person on the other end told me the price, explained it would take 20 minutes,...and hung up the phone. No one asked me for my name. I arrived 20 minutes later. I asked for my order. I was asked for my name. I explained that no one asked for my name. I described what I ordered. No problem. I asked for the box to be opened before I paid. The pizza was never cut. (??) This was quickly fixed and I went on my way. No problems with the food. MANY questions concerning the training of the staff taking phone orders and cooks forgetting to slice the pie.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Always get orders WRONG.
Jackie (claimed to be manager), is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Will immediately be disputing charge with my bank. Reported to corporate. Wanted to give zero stars!

I really love Domino's Pizza they are my number 1 pizza place. I've ordered their sandwiches and pasta too and those are soooo good!!! They have so many choices and everything is perf.
