Absolutely pathetic. I went to the Biggera Waters store tonight to try one of the fancy $5.95 thick shakes. Went to order and pay, but the server said I can pay after he secured my order, which I thought was fine. Then without even making an attempt to fill my order he proceeded to serve a customer who came in after me for garlic bread and then on to a third customer to provide her a preordered pizza. Totally unacceptable customer service; an absolute disgrace. The actual maker of the ice cream and machine for the thick shakes had told me to pop in and try one of these shakes but I left empty handed. Get your act together!
