The stars are for the staff and only the staff. Excellent customer service at this location. Since moving back to Lindsay I've had trouble with the online delivery- for some reason the website doesn't acknowledge this area when it comes to coupons. Or at all actually if it's not pickup. I called in tonight about my gripes and the manager (supervisor?), Zack was helpful as heck. It's currently 8.19 PM as I write this so please Domino's- recognize buddy as the team player they are. They did a good save for your location, I was just about done with this chain but homie saved it. Heck give them a raise, they deal with the customer complaints all day. Get a hold of head office and fix your online shit for this area. I need Domino's in my life while I'm here. -Sincerely, a pan pizza lover.

The pizza has always been good, and the side dishes as well, when they're made correctly, but three times now some of my order has been messed up. While waiting for the proper order to arrive, the same delivery guy (everytime) calls me with a different excuse each time as to why he cannot walk up the stairs to my apt and that I need to meet him outside. So not only did I have to wait for some of my order to be corrected, but I also had to interrupt my 3 year old in the middle of her dinner to get her coat and shoes on and bring her downstairs to meet the "delivery" guy. Your job title is delivery person! So I don't know what to tell you, if you don't want to have to walk up the stairs a second time, make sure the food is made right the first time. Or get another job! Sitting in your vehicle while the customer comes to you is not doing your job.
