Customer service is shocking, young woman working there has a serious attitude problem. We ordered two pizzas and cinnamon dough balls, when we went in to collect we were told the cinnamon dough balls will be a few more minutes, we waited in store for 20 minute only to find out they still hadn’t even been put in the oven, we just asked for a refund for the dough balls but we would take the pizza, the girl shoved our problem on to a guy who ended up charging us again for the dough balls instead of refunding us. After all this we then got out to the car with the pizzas only to find they were cremated after been under the heat lamps for so long whilst we waited for the dough balls that we didn’t even get in the end. When we went back in the guy said it was our fault the pizzas were over done because we took to long to collect them even though we were sitting in store for 20 minutes waiting on dough balls we didn’t even get. Usually nice, until I found a hair in my pizza, proceeded to go in and make a complaint, senior lady actively refused to even apologize and had attitude when I wasn’t even looking for a refund just an acknowledgment, this was a while ago yet today I order again, come home and find my 2 sides are completely missing any chocolate on them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered large pizza wrong order came and the large pizza was in a small box that was not closed correctly. Told me they would bring it back and redeliver my original order. Waited another hour called them and they said the same thing they can make my pizza and deliver it. Wasted my whole night with no order delivered in the end. Really bad customer service and the end of any future orders from domino’s maynooth. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
