You can go to this pizzeria if you happen to be near Carnegie Resource Center. You can always enjoy perfectly cooked pepperoni pizza, chicken and garlic pizza at Domino's Pizza. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The staff is said to be attentive here. Fast service is something that people highlight in their reviews. I had a store coupon for a free large pizza with 3 toppings. I called the store. It took forever for someone to answer, but when she did she didn't say anything. I said, hello. She said hello. I told her I had the coupon. She must have put the phone down because I heard her talking to another gal. She came back to the phone & asked me if it was a store coupon. I said yes. She spoke to someone again in the background. Then silence. I said hello again. She said, what do you want me to do. Silence again. I said hello again. She said, what kind of crust do you want. I ordered my pizza with the 3 toppings I wanted. She asked me how I would like to pay. I asked what I had to pay for. She told me they can't accept coupons over the phone. I told her I knew that & told her it's a free coupon. More silence. She asked me for my name, but no phone number. Then she told me the pizza would be ready in 40 mins. Someone in that store either needs training on how to speak to customers or let go. If I didn't have a 2nd coupon for a few pizza, I probably would not go back. Horrible! Went to pick up pizzas and girl at counter acted like I was bothering her! Get home and my wife's pizza was terrible. The tomatoes on it had heel and skins and there was one piece of chicken on each piece of cut pizza. Maybe two pieces on one. Chicken was nothing but fat. All in all it was terrible. Seems to get worse every time we go my pizza was sub par. Ordered extra toppings and didn't get them. We are done. I'll pay 20$ for a good pizza next time and smile doing it, which is more then we got from the girl at the counter! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
