Additionally, we did not contact the customer once the confirmation was made, causing inconvenience to the customer. We sincerely apologize. Our store has always been putting effort into employee training, but after receiving your feedback, we are acutely aware of the need to provide even more thorough guidance to our employees. We have taken seriously the comments we received from Ms. Erin, and have shared the details with our store manager.In the future, we will be more careful before delivery so that we can deliver the product by the time promised with the customer.
