The hallmark of this pizzeria is serving tasty pan pizza, chicken and sausages. Food delivery is a big plus of Domino's Pizza. Cool employees welcome guests all year round. Fast service is what a majority of people point out characterizing this place. Based on the visitors' opinions, prices are attractive. Enjoy the enjoyable atmosphere here. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Robert from the Elyria branch with a black jeep said he’d make a call and be back but he then took my food and literally left. He said the card declined even though they charged me twice. I had more money I could’ve drove to the store but that was very unprofessional and immature. I also used my rewards for cheesy bread and he took that too. The girl with glasses at this location also has a terrible attitude and should work at 7/11. It’s sad because dominos was the only pizza I’d eat. Not anymore. Hope those two get repercussions as any real company would. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Older woman with no teeth asked me for my order name and when i responded with my name she became rude and began to raise her voice, became hostile and then walked to the back. Very rude, pizza was good. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

UPDATE: [I have just updated my star rating to 4-stars from the original 1-star.] I just spoke to the Dir. of Operations for North Ridgeville and 14 other stores and he explained they were having trouble with entering the coupon codes for the 3-topping, large $7.99 special and the "FREE 16pc Parmesan Bread Bites." He said there was a misunderstanding on how to handle it and the young employee apparently misunderstood. He said it will be a teaching moment for their staff. For my hassle, Dominos is sending me a gift card for a bit more value than the Parmesan Bread Bites. I am happy with the resolution. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I'm REALLY disappointed that the North Ridgeville Domino's Pizza did NOT honor their coupon for a "FREE 16pc Parmesan Bread Bites with Purchase" when I picked up my order. I told the girl who took my order over the phone that I had a card for this offer and to please add it to my order. She asked for the promo code which I gave her. When I went to pick up the order, she said that her manager called the store the PREVIOUS day and said not to accept the "Secret Santa" offers any more. WHAT?! I have three issues with the way this was handled: 1) I have lost faith in the North Ridgeville Domino's Pizza to accept coupons in the future, especially since the girl did not tell me when I placed my order that they were not honoring this promotion as of the day before. 2) Aren't businesses legally obligated to accept coupons/offers/discounts as long as the customer meets all the rules of the offer? This coupon had an expiration of 1/31/21 (as you can see on my attached photo) which makes today the last day of the offer... NOT yesterday. If it isn't a legal responsibility, it is certainly just good business to keep your customer's loyalty. 3) The girl took the Parmesan Bread Bites that were sitting on my pizza box away when I said I wouldn't pay for something that was suppose to be free. So what did she do with the Parmesan Bread Bites? I hope she didn't give them to another customer as they got cold. Or did she throw them out when she should have given them to me as part of my order? I believe there needs to be some training on how to properly handle what I think is a simple situation. It's too bad I had to take time out of my day to scan the coupon and write this negative review.
