I ordered a LARGE pizza for delivery and we were very disappointed to get a smaller medium size with 8 slices. It had very little sauce, plus the fact I paid $37 for it, makes it worse!! Price per person: $30–40

Horrible customer service horrible all around the driver stated he delivered my food which he didn’t deliver to my location. I ordered my food around 6:23PM the driver never showed up. Marked my food as delivered. I called the store for confirmation and they kept stating well he delivered the food he said like I’m gone lie about this. Then she stated oh um he’s in the area in the building I’m watching the tracker the store is not even 10 mins from me he took an hour to not deliver anything. Put me on a long hold then hung up on me. Called back long hold again. I will report this location to corporate after this for lies and fraud of my food. 0 Stars that’s for sure. Domino's Pizza, located on 4th Street in Ontario is a delivery/carryout chain that offers a wide variety of pizza options, as well as chicken and other sides. My experience with this establishment has been positive overall. I appreciate the convenience of being able to order pizza online and then pick it up when it is ready for delivery. The small but well-organized space is primarily used for carryout orders, and the staff is efficient in ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly. While I find the pizza to be good in flavor, I have noticed that the crust can be on the thicker side and occasionally a bit dry. However, the reasonable pricing makes up for this minor drawback. In terms of customer service, I have found the staff at Domino's Pizza to be friendly and accommodating. They are attentive to customer needs and strive to provide a pleasant dining experience.
