Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were very rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire interaction. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they repeatedly tried to blame me for the wrong order and showed no interest in resolving the issue professionally. What upset me the most was the way I was treated. I felt singled out and discriminated against because of the dismissive and hostile attitude shown towards me. Rather than offering an apology or assistance, the staff behaved arrogantly and made me feel unwelcome. Good customer service starts with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely absent during my visit. The lack of professionalism and the way I was treated left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, and I hope management takes these complaints seriously and ensures that customers are treated with dignity and respect. I ordered a Veg Supreme pizza, Cheese Balls, and a Half & Half pizza online from Domino’s. The ordering process was easy, and there was no waiting time. The food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. Everything tasted great, especially the pizzas and cheese balls. Very happy with the service and overall experience. Thank you, Domino’s! This pizza joint's central location is super convenient. The pizzas are made on time and are hot and fresh on pickup. The service could be a little friendlier - a simple smile would go a long way. I like that this Domino's has some seating inside. Most Domino's around Perth (at least the ones I have been to) have no seating, so it's a unique and welcome addition that Domino's Pizza Northbridge offers. Store itself could also be a little cleaner, but there's nothing here unsanitary. Just some previous customer's pizza boxes on the tables that you might have to push aside. Overall a good job.
