So I ordered a manager special which was $16.99. It comes with one large pizza with two toppings and one loaded tots. I also ordered an eight piece cheesy bread which was $8.99 when I got my receipt I was charged $36.00 I went back to speak with the manager and the manager said you already paid. There’s nothing I can do for you. I said I understand I paid but you have to be able to do something for me because I was charged too much. He then proceeded to give me five dollars and say just take that I said no because I’m owed more than five dollars. He was very disrespectful and telling me that I already paid and there’s nothing he can do why you complaining. He also stated that because I got the manager special I cannot order anything else or that takes the special away to me that just don’t make no sense so he kept saying just take the five dollars and go about your business. I said no now I would like a full refund for my $36 I paid with a gift card and $11 with my debit card. He gave me the $11 in cash and said that the remaining $25 would go back on the gift card if it don’t come back on the gift card come back in three days and talk to him about it. This experience was one of the worst I have ever had at Domino’s. This manager needs to be fired or he needs to take a refresher class on management, de-escalation and customer service or just all out needs to be fired. He’s a short guy might be Arabic not sure of his ethnic background, but he was very hostile disrespectful and I feel like he was trying to rob me. the young man that did take my order was very respectful and was trying to help me come to how the order came up to the $36 so I have no problem with the young man that was trying to help me. It’s the manager who was very disrespectful and yelling at me and made me feel very uncomfortable and was in fear for my life because he came from around the back and started yelling at me. All I wanted was a refund that’s it and that’s all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered online and accidentally hit pickup. We called in and asked if there was a way to change to delivery or if we could cancel the order to redo it. They said they would switch it to delivery and still use the card payment. That was fine but then the driver could not find our house. He parked at an apartment 2 plots down and when he called us we informed him we were at a house 2 plots down. He seemed to be absolutely clueless as to the difference between a house and an apartment. When he did manage to find the house due to my wife waving and flagging him down, he proceeded to be rude and acted like it was our fault he had no idea how to find an address. Then he asked us to pay the full amount as apparently they did not use our card to process the payment as they said they would which would have been fine to know ahead of time so we could have the cash ready. Will never order from here again. Service: 1

While I did some hopping at Shop rite I found my self craving for one of those oven baked sandwiches from Dominoes conveniently located in the same shopping center. So I thought I would give them a try. Been craving the Philly cheeses steak. So I went and placed an order and I asked can you make the sandwich a certain way.... reply was yes, what would you like us to add on it. I was waiting for them to say no we can't do that, the sandwich doesn't come custom style. I know there are people who dislike places for certain reasons, and we all have our unique cravings.I usually order same sandwich at papa johns directly across from my house. Manager refused to do it the way I asked even if I wanted to pay for it as extra side toppings.Kept hearing no we can't do it like that doesn't matter.I work in retail regardless if you say no leaves a bad taste in a customers mouth, and they walk out the door.FIVE STARS TO DOMINO'S PIZZA GREAT SANDWICH.
