According to the visitors' opinions, pizza is good. Guests don't like halo-halo at this pizzeria. Food delivery is a big plus of Domino's. From the guests' point of view, the staff is boorish here. Beste Shibby, Bedankt voor uw reactie daarmee helpt u ons in het verbeteren van onze service. In geval van extreme drukte ligt onze focus bij het zo snel mogelijk bezorgen van oven verse pizza's bij de reeds bestelde klanten. Nieuwe telefonische bestellingen op/aan nemen doen we direct wanneer dit weer mogelijk is. Wat spijtig om te horen dat onze service deze keer niet geheel aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan. Vanwege wisselende drukte kunnen wij helaas niet altijd even snel bezorgen. Wel kan ik u garanderen dat wij ten alle tijden ons uiterste best doen om de bestelling zo snel en warm mogelijk bij u thuis te bezorgen. Hopelijk zijn we er de volgende keer sneller, mocht dit niet het geval zijn dan hoor ik graag opnieuw van u. Met vriendelijke groet,

Worst service ever – Robbed of €30 and treated unprofessionally! I am deeply disappointed in Domino's service. I ordered for my family, but my order could not be delivered because an item was unavailable. I was not allowed to cancel because 1 of the items was already in the oven. (They call me too late with the message, I can't do anything about it.) Instead of offering a solution, I had to pay extra for everything my family wanted to eat or choose an item at 50% of the value (cheesy bread), despite indicating that there should be a discount through the app at the ordering two pizzas. We use the app regularly and know very well how it works, so this was not right. The operator was completely unprofessional and wanted to argue with me and even argue about €5 in additional charges. I just wanted to order a pizza and didn't feel like doing any childish stuff. Meanwhile, my children were waiting for their food, so I suggested that I come to the branch to still get the discount, because the manager said this only applied to takeaway. In the end, they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem, and I literally felt robbed of $30. This is why I will never order from Domino's again, nor will my family. It's not about the €30, it's about the fact that I was left without food for my children and no effort was made to solve the problem. The behavior of the branch owner was absolutely unacceptable and came across as pure fraud. Fortunately, I quickly got pizzas elsewhere at NYP, where I was treated well. Domino's, you really crossed the line! P.s: The comment below is a lie. Added proof that it concerns a delivery. You also indicated that I could not cancel the order so I had no choice and had to choose between a hot dog and another item that was not wanted at home. To the left or right you have enjoyed funds for which you have not provided goods or services. Free money is what they call it in normal words. WORST service ever! I ordered an hour and a half ago and my pizza still didn't come. I called them 3 times - no one picked up. I pass by the pizzeria often and they seem to work from the outside but I guess no one cares about actually working, they only care about taking people's money without anything in return...I DO NOT recommend this place, let's see if I will ever get my pizza
