Come here for a meal after seeing J. R. Jayewardene Centre. Order perfectly cooked pizza, it's quite yummy. This pizzeria is recommended for the attentive staff. The good service is something these restaurateurs care about.

New addition Caribbean Chicken pizza is superb!
Missing items from orders where you have to point it out to them, so your delivery comes in 2 sections where the second delivery is 20 minutes after the first, and I've ordered before only to be told when everything else is delivered that what I ordered wasn't available.
Union Place amazingly can have its internet out, which means you ring a number to be forwarded to take forever to place the order, and you only find out that they don't have internet when you get to the end of the online ordering process (so helpful)
Also charge for delivery (how many people pickup?) which Pizza Hut if you ring them up don't.
Tired of this, having parts of an order delivered 20 minutes late without even a token cash back for the delivery, and when you point this out they tell you you've already paid and that is your problem. Hey, it's only 40 minutes after the order was place.
I would in the next 4.5 months have ordered around Rs20,000 worth of pizzas but now will be ordering precisely Rs 0.00
Now, the really stupid thing is Dominos on their website say they value customer feedback. They do this by having 2 ways to contact them, a phone number or a webform.
The webform of course, directs you to install Adobe flash whihc is a major security problem, and whihc requires in any case if you haven't got itto close your browser as part of the process. So to contact them you have to download a security nightmare then close your browser before starting all over again...at which point their contact us form (having filled it out twice) simply doesn't work.
Yes, a company run by geniuses.
