I ordered the fried rice from Domino’s and it was very disappointing. The portion was salty, and they only gave a few tiny pieces of chicken — it looked like food for birds. For Rs. 499, it is a complete waste of money. It doesn’t even feel like a proper meal or set menu. I would not recommend buying this.

Very disappointed with the rice order from Dominos. The portion size was way too small, and the chicken pieces were tiny as well. On top of that, the service was poor. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to get the order served. Definitely not worth the price or the wait. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went to Domino’s at Arcade Independence Square with friends today and had a very disappointing experience. We first ordered a Big pizza with Pepsi bottles, but instead of the bottles, the drinks came in cups. After receiving the pizza, we had to repeatedly go back to the counter requesting tissues, chili flakes, yet only one item was given at a time upon request only. We had to get up and go to counter again and again to request them, even though it wasn’t busy and crowded. To make things worse, I also noticed what looked like a small eyelash or hair on the pizza dough, but honestly we were too tired of repeatedly requesting things and dealing with the poor service to complain again. Overall, the customer service, quality and attention to detail were far below expectations. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
