Too many things went wrong with my order tonight. First I received a notification that my order was ready for pick up. It wasn't, I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes, not that big of a deal. Then we move on to the food. I order a sandwich, tots, and a soda. The only thing right was the soda. The manager Jose was the one who made the food. I ordered no alfredo sauce on the tots and light sauce on my sandwich, neither which were done. When I called the store the manager Jose, he apologized which is great, offered to credit me, but then gave an excuse of trying to close up and was rushing. As a manager you should be leading by example, ensuring that everything is correct, just like it says in your tracker. They still had over an hour till they closed when i picked up my food, well over that since I ordered. Very unsatisfied with this entire experience tonight. I have ordered food from this location many times. My order has never been screwed up a single time. The staff has always ranged from polite to very friendly. Today one of the staff members gave me my food before I even had to give him my name because he recognized me from previous orders. Very good service all around.
