Dear Domino’s me and my brother went to Domino’s to buy some pizza for our birthday And Miss Shannon was the only one working there and explained everything to us so clearly and it was amazing. “I had a really disappointing experience today. The delivery person asked me to pay when he arrived, and I did. Then, when I picked up the order, the manager asked me to pay again and even seemed to treat me like I was lying. I showed my proof of payment, but they still didn’t acknowledge it. I hope this can be addressed so other customers aren’t treated this way. Service: 1

Worst location to go to. Just drive to Royce City or Rockwall. Paid for a large order, got an email almost over 30 minutes later stating that the order was cancelled yet still took money out of the credit card. Tried calling from 2 phones but nobody even answers. Service: 1
