Geoffrey was one of the most pleasant drivers I've ever came across, and let me tell you, I eat a lot of delivery! It was almost closing and I felt the driver might be a little disheartened. Not Geoffrey!!! He was just as kind and helpful as he would have been at six o'clock. The pizza was hot, straight out of the oven when it arrived. The best service you could have asked for! Thank you to my awesome driver, Geoffrey and the entire Domino's Pizza staff on Alamance Church Rd. You guys truly made my family's night!!

I order from this location when i feel like picking the order up simce its out of my delivery zone. This location pizza is always perfect. However, after last night I will NOT be going back. I ordered 3 pan pizzas only to get 2 of my pizzas very undercooked. It was practically dough. I returned them to the location where i was told I could only get credit for 1 pizza bc a slice was missing from the other box i clouldnt get credit. I advised the manager that the slice that was missing was the one i bit off and spit it in the trash. The so called manager Renee told me that it didnt matter I couldnt gey my money back. She was VERY very rude. A guy approaches me and advised that he was an assistant manager too and he calm the situation down. He made me fresh pizzas and apologize. I will not be coming back to this location. The guy that handled the situation saved the day and I am very grateful he was working that night but Renee should NOT be a manager as her customer service skill were horrible. Even after the other manager apologized Renee was still being very rude to me and was taking about me to the other employee. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!
