My experience at Pizza Hut on Highridge Boulevard was amazing. Josh was a huge help in making sure I got my food within the timeframe I was hoping for. He didn’t just make sure I left satisfied, he made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I walked in by providing excellent customer service, some of the best I’ve seen at a pizza place. Overall a 10/10 experience, would recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Domino’s is my favorite and usually the High Ridge Domino’s is good. I was very disappointed in the pizza I got this evening. It was a special, carry out, three topping large pieces for 10.99. I should’ve checked the pizza before leaving the store, but like I said, usually get good pizza from this store. I ordered chicken bacon tomato on ranch hand toss pizza. Got home open it up no tomatoes, very little cheese. Apparently was just slapped together and I was very disappointed. Plus pizza ended up costing $15:00. Won’t be back to that store again.

Waited over 2 hours from order on app to actual delivery. I get that places may be short staffed but at what point can you no longer operate reasonably? First time ordering from this location as I recently moved to the area. Unacceptable to order food at 8:30pm and not get it until almost 11pm. App said delivery time would be 25-45 minutes. Order was just one pizza, wings and a dessert. Disappointed because I like Domino's pizza and the one in Arnold, MO that I used to order from was fast and great. This location needs help or to close.
