This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. It's worth visiting Domino's Pizza- Mabalacat because of nicely cooked cheese pizza and tasty chicken. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The prompt service is a big plus of this place. The pretty atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more guests. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH GRAB OR FOODPANDA. My order was cancelled, yet 8 days later I still haven't received my refund. I've had to call Domino's multiple times just to ask for an update, and every single time I get the same response: "Wala pa po silang response, sir." What's even more frustrating is the dismissive tone of the representative, as if I was the one causing the inconvenience simply by asking for the status of my own money. If you're going to handle the deliveries yourselves, then don't list your restaurant on Grab or Foodpanda. You're creating confusion, delaying refunds, and giving customers an unnecessarily terrible experience. A cancelled order is already disappointing. Making customers chase their refund for over a week with no clear answers is completely unacceptable. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to go through the same experience.

This place doesn't even deserve one star at all! I ordered thru grab app, and was charged already but I haven't even received the pizzas yet! It's been an hour, and still nothing. Waste of time to call the number indicated in their webpage, it's not working anymore. IVE READ THE REVIEWS AND THERE ARE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING OF NEVER OR DELAYED ORDER FOR HOURS. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS, IF YOU CAN'T DELIVERY ON TIME AND WILL CHARGED THE CUSTOMERS ALREADY WITH THEIR ORDER THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET THEN DON'T EVER PUT YOUR LOCATION IN GRAB. WHAT A HASSLE!

Poor service. Our order remained in the kitchen for more than an hour with no updates in the app and no option to cancel. We did not receive any calls or text messages, and there was no indication that the order was already out for delivery. We even tried calling the contact number listed on Google and on your official website, but it could not be reached. What is the purpose of providing a customer service number if customers cannot contact anyone for assistance? In the end, we had to go to the store ourselves to pick up the order.
