ALL THE TIME with this location. This is the 4th time I place an online order and the exact same thing happens: the app says the driver is on the way, but the order never actually leaves the store. Then suddenly the app marks it as “delivered” when I never received anything. I’ve been waiting in my building lobby for 30 minutes for a pizza that should have arrived a long time ago. This place is a complete disaster!!!!!!!!!! Of course the pizza is cold as hell!

Ordered on Uber Eats, and it never arrived. It was marked as being delivered very quickly, and then there was no communication at all. Uber Eats said that they would contact us, but we heard nothing from them. We called well after the intended delivery time and were put on hold for over 15 minutes until we gave up. Called again and received no answer. Just unprofessional and disappointing. Never got our pizza. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
