Extremely poor service and terrible time management. It took them 30 minutes just to accept the order on Talabat, and the food arrived an hour after that. We order delivery to save time before work, but this delay made me late. Very disappointed with how slow the process was Price per person: OMR 4–6

Usually, when we travel to another country, we respect the local people and their culture. Having a high position or living in that country does not give anyone the right to disrespect others. What disappointed me the most was that the employee was from the same background as that person, yet they still chose to disrespect me in my own country. I only stayed because my friend wanted to eat there, but honestly, I will never return again. No customer should ever be made to feel this way.
