The chef at this pizzeria cooks tasty vegetable pizza, chicken and Pepperoni. Food delivery is an important advantage of Domino's Pizza. Most guests state that the staff is competent. Fine service is something visitors appreciate here. Pay adequate prices for eating at this place. The exotic atmosphere makes a good impression on people. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Two pizzas in a row that were really disappointing and it may be my last time being a Domino customer. The first was a thin crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. Cheese was almost non-existent and no more pepperoni than on the regular. Got a survey and indicated my dissatisfaction and heard nothing or any attempt to make things ok. Why bother with a survey?!! The second was a much thicker crust and tasted under cooked. Called the store and got zero satisfaction. Turns out I ordered the thicker crust inadvertently and was told that it tasted undercooked because of the cheese. What cheese? Very little so that reason of it being under cooked was not sound. The person on the phone said he was the manager and did not bite on my declarations I was not happy. For a small amount of money they could’ve satisfied me but instead I am writing this review because two bad ones in a row at the price just pisses me off!! A happy customer tells maybe six people and an unhappy one can tell the world!! It is also more costly to retain a client than acquire a new one!!! Recently last week I was met with incredibly awful service. Made an online pick up order and was bewildered by not only the staff but the manager in charge of this location. I showed up to the Burnaby location coming in as a customer looking to make a pickup order, and I was met with workers who were doing their job making their pizzas. Only took a minute for a couple pizzas to be finished at the time, and they looked at me at the counter with confusion. Noticing my presence at the counter looking for service, not only did they look at me they in a confused manner they did not acknowledge my presence and continued on their work on the next orders. After 5minutes+ of standing at the counter was I asked "Do you need help?" to which I politely responded "Yes, I made a pickup order". The pickup order already 100% completed waiting on the shelf was sitting there as I watched these workers previously confused as to why I was there. The manager who was in sight relaxing on his phone took charge and asked me about the order to which I relayed the necessary information. At this point I was serviced and the pizza sitting there was given. Not only was this process taken longer than necessary for a regular customer either looking for a pick up order or interested in making an order, the online survey response was terrible. Amid with Domino's Pizza was "sorry to hear my experience was not up to par" to which he said he would relay the feedback to the team and "would love to make this right and see if we can earn back your business". I responded to Amid only 5 minutes after with a fair offer to earn my business back to which I was ignored. Not only was I met with incredibly awful service by the staff, I was treated poorly by the manager in charge of this location with ignorance. * Maybe the corporate needs to be aware of the management at this location Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2
