Never had a problem with dominos until today placed our order at 5:25 it did not get delivered until 6:50 we kept calling the store around 6:30 to ask for an update they kept putting us on hold or hanging up when the driver finally showed up everything was cold not even lukewarm from the summer heat it was bad never again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is five minutes away from my house. But I will never ever order from here again. I order large with extra cheese and he was the worst Pizza ever barely any cheese on it. And the customer service is also horrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a domino's delivery at 7:46pm. It is 8:39pm and the pizza is still not here. I checked my tracker and it states that the delivery time is from 25-35 mins. I called in and the guy that answers the phone tells me that Domino's makes not such promise, that what's stated in the website is untrue (he said online is different, whatever that means), that they are busy and that the pizza will be delivered in 20 more mins! It has been over an hour to receive a delivery and you charge $4.99 for a delivery that is not efficient? I asked for the cancellation of my order, the guy tells me it will reflect in 2-3 business days. I ask to talk to the manager as well and I'm still waiting on the phone after 10 mins. Talk about horrible customer service. This was the Domino's Pizza from Renton, WA 20 SW 7th St. Suite B, manager's name is Alex, even though I never had the pleasure to talk to him. I think Pizza Hut and Papa Johns have a new customer here. #nevermesswithahangryperson #where'smypizza
