Ordered online and had it delivered today 7/11/26. Not only is the $9.99 per pizza deal great, but the pizza was delivered piping hot 22 minutes after ordering. I’ve never had pizza delivered that fast. It was absolutely delicious! According to the website Jacob accepted the order and Logan delivered it. Thank you both! I placed an order with Domino's Pizza around 6:10 pm, expecting it to be delivered within the promised 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, I received a call from the driver who said he couldn't find my address, even though I live only 2.5 miles away from the store. Frustrated, I checked the tracking, which showed the driver hadn't moved, so I called the store for assistance. I spoke to Carl, who said he would talk to the manager about the issue. To my surprise, the manager's response was, "It will get there when it gets there," before abruptly hanging up. Thinking the call had been disconnected accidentally, I called back. Carl answered again, but this time he curtly said the matter was resolved and hung up once more. Feeling utterly disrespected and dealing with unprofessional behavior, I tried calling back to cancel my order, but no one answered. This experience was extremely disappointing. If I had access to their call recordings, I would share them on social media to highlight their lack of professionalism.
