They always mess up our order. We call and let them know they forgot our items and have no customer service. Nothing to make up for their mistakes and we are left waiting 2+ hours for dinner. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered online. Arrived at the time it said it would be done. I was told it wasn't ready, it would be 20 more minutes. Came back in 20 minutes. Now they don't have a record of the order... Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Domino's Pizza That was kinda crappy service. I Placed the order online at 7:06pm, immediately called and I got someone on the phone at 7:07pm to ask if they could hold the garlic sauce on the Specialty Chicken, Told me it was already made, So it was either pre-made and has been sitting in your Warmer for a while, Or he was lying.To clarify the sauce I wanted them to hold is as mentioned:Tender bites of lightly breaded, 100% whole breast white meat chicken, topped with **garlic parmesan white sauce**, a blend of cheese made with mozzarella and cheddar, crispy bacon and tomato.A few weeks back, I ask for a Half and Half Pizza, called to verify afterwards, they assured me it was, it wasn't . . .
