Very disappointing experience. The pizza was burnt, cold, and poor quality. We asked twice for it to be remade properly, but both pizzas were still burnt. This is also the second time we have received a burnt pizza from this Domino’s store. The crust and toppings were visibly overcooked, and the pizza was not enjoyable to eat. We expected much better quality, especially after raising the issue and requesting a replacement. The store should improve its cooking checks and customer service before handing orders to customers. If I could give A lower mark I would! The manger doesn’t come to the phone he leaves those poor teenagers to deal with irate customers. My order took 2 hrs from order to delivery! It said it was delivered 30min before it actually arrived and it was COLD! AS COLD AS YOU COULD GET A PIZZA. Absolutely disgusting service from the Kensington dominos. Have a good look at your management at Kensington dominos as it’s disgraceful! Really bring the brand down. Never again and I will ensure I post this online to all the local page which has over 6k followers Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ent to Domino’s Kensington and honestly just want to say Damon deserves a shoutout. He looked like the only one working, making pizzas, packing orders, answering calls, and dealing with annoyed customers all at once. Still stayed calm and patient the whole time. I also changed an ingredient in my order after I placed it and he was super nice about it, no problems at all. You could tell he was working really hard. Give this guy some credit.
