Ordered a half chicken and half veg pizza, but received a full chicken pizza instead. I called and reported the issue, but the shop manager asked me to bring the pizza back to the store for replacement. This was an unnecessary burden, especially during my back-to-back meetings, so I couldn’t go. As a result, the pizza was wasted, even though the mistake was from the shop’s side. I paid for the order and expected better customer service. Very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
