Ordered 3 pizzas and some chicken wings online. Arrived 10 min after my order was marked as ready for pickup. I chose the drive thru window as it’s 90 degrees out and I had a child in the car. We sat in the window for 15 min (only customers there). 4 employees walked by the window multiple times without acknowledgment. After 15 min I called the store with no answer. Finally an employee just coming onto shift came over after waving at her twice. She went over and grabbed my order immediately that had obviously been ready for awhile. All 3 pizzas were cold. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1
