Wouldn’t bring my order to my car, wanted me to pull back around but couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. Dough used was overproofed and no garlic oil. Crust line destroyed gotta be one of the ugliest pizzas I’ve seen at a Springfield dominos. Capped it off by trying to DOUBLE charge me and have me pay for it again at the window. Never had this bad of carry out service. Rookie move on my part, shoulda checked the pizzas leaving this kind of place Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My salad expired the day before and it was slimy and disgusting. I tried to make a report on the app, after going through several texts with codes, trying to reset my password, all to end up back where I started. I am disappointed because it was very brown and I find out hard to believe that they didn't notice. The app doesn't make it easy to file a report. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

It took a while for one of the two employees in the kitchen to walk to the pickup window. Apparently their conversation was more important than some late night customer. When one did he was short and unfriendly in his communication. I immediately knew just how much of a burden I was to him. I asked for some paper plates as I had a few mouths to feed. That request just added to his disgust. I knew by the two paper plates he rudely gave me. The large pizza literally had about half of the toppings that a medium would have. It was obvious that there was not a manager on duty. When I called to speak to one regarding my experience she just didn't seem to interested in hearing my complaint. Worst experience with Domino's I have had in the 40 something years that I have been eating their pizza! In fact, is the worst experience I've ever had involving the pizza. That should suffice.
