got a coupon and figured I'd try somewhere new. HOLY CRAP the quality and quantity I got for my order is insane. the pizza, wings, and garlic knots are absolutely delicious. was delivered in less than 30 minutes too.

Ordered online and they lost my order even though I provided order confirmation and I had paid for the pizza. I had called one hour in to check on the order and the man on the phone rushed me off the call and stated my pizza was out for delivery without even asking for name, number or order #. After that, I called an hour and a half later, the employees on the phone were very rude and stated they never received my order and they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t see my order on their end. Any smart business would hustle to make the customer who already paid happy, right? Not at pizzeria De Milano. My husband and I waited two hours for a pizza that never arrived and ended up spending our money at a very accommodating neighboring business.
