I waited over two hours for my delivery order, only for the store to cancel it without notifying me. I called twice during that time for updates. The first time, I was told my order was in the oven. The second time, I was told it was on the way. However, when I called a third time about 30 minutes later, I was told the order had actually been cancelled because they were unable to fulfill it. I was extremely frustrated that I had waited over two hours and had to call multiple times myself just to find out what was happening with my order. I could tell the person on the phone was very overwhelmed and I know they tried their best. Seems like they are very understaffed.

Last night 2/22/2025 I ordered a large meaty Pizza when I got the pizza it was cold and you can tell it was old it had nothing on it no cheese no sauce a few pepperonis but you can tell that this pizza was old and never fails every time I order from this pizza place the pizza always come out sucky whoever's cooking the food there cannot cook the orders always messed up from the bowl macaroni and cheese is just totally messed up that we spend this amount of money to get great food from a restaurant and we get a old pizza with no cheese on it no sausage no kind of meat on it one or two slices of pepperoni and you can tell the pizza was old to the fact that we have to throw the pizza away and order from Papa John's this is crazy that we spend this amount of money and we don't get the food that we looking for I would never ever no matter if I'm hungry or not order from Domino's Pizza ever again especially from Domino's Pizza on Newtown Road in Virginia Beach Virginia I would never order anything from Domino's again.
