Dommo was a fantastic restaurant! The hostess, Alma, knew my wife and I were on our honeymoon and decorated the table just for us. Carlos was an incredibly nice and attentive waiter, and the other hosts Yahir and Mario also helped make us feel special and welcomed. If you’re staying in the excellence club you need to go to Dommo at least once on your stay! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After enduring terrible service and mediocre food, Yahir had the audacity to stand over us with her QR code, explaining that he "really needed good reviews". This is manipulation, pure and simple. No legitimate restaurant needs to pressure customers for immediate reviews because they know the experience speaks for itself. Those 4 and 5-star reviews you're reading? Many of them were written under duress with staff watching every word. The real experience is what you'll find in the few honest reviews like this one - underwhelming food served by indifferent staff who care more about gaming the review system than actually providing good service.
