I'm not a sushi guy and didn't know what a lot of things on the menu were. I had the salmon, and it was great. The garlic rice was great. The service Fantastic. A. I came to Stockton from Seattle. My relatives brought me this Domo Japanese Sushi Grill and Bar for dinner. No matter where you go to Teppanyaki, it's noisy. When you place an order, you have to say it loud. A service lady was not nice and kind of pushing us to order plus drinks. The teppanyaki menu comes with salad and soup. And you can choose fried rice or rice, and stir-fried vegetables are also included. I heard that the amount of teppanyaki is large, so we asked for one order of Teppanyaki menu, a steak, squid calamari and scallop and added one special sushi "Volcano" with 2 people. I enjoyed the chef's performance in front of the iron plate. But the other tables were so noisy that I couldn't enjoy the meal. There is only one wasabi and soy sauce for eight people. soy sauce container was dirty, sticky and yucky. The soy sauce wasn't enough for us. How many times we asked get more wasabi and soy sauce. There is no soy sauce or wasabi on the way. The taste was light and the calamari was unpleasant. The special sushi Volcano didn't taste very good either. I heard complaints from all my relatives, not just me. We came here in anticipation, but with disappointing results.
