So I used to love this place, stoped being nearby so often and hadn't been in over a year. I thought a lot of these bad reviews must have been delusional. Went back for the first time the other day and it was a mess. First I noticed their prices were all screwed up, individual tacos are $4, but 3 is $14.99? I know stuff has gone up but it's 50% higher than it was 1-2 years ago. They had one overwhelmed person working the register and running food. She was nice and trying her best but it wasn't going well. My friend and I came in together and we're with each other in line, no one was in front of us at the counter. We waited more than 5 minutes before being acknowledged, then they took my friends order then immediately walked away and I waited another 5 minutes before placing mine (very weird and awkward). The tacos didn't take too long to come out so that was fine, I always get the carnitas tacos and the meat was noticably lower quality than it used to be. Big fatty chunks like the other reviews mentioned. Lucky I didn't see any roaches around but there were flies everywhere and it was hard to keep them off our food. Anyways, pretty sad, probably won't go back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

The food is good, but the customer service is really bad. I was on the phone trying to make an order for 22 minutes and I can hear that she had nobody there. She just put me on hold and forgot about me so I drove all the way over here to make my order. I recommend just ordering in person cause they forget about you on the phone Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Very disappointed with our experience. The food was really bad. My husband ordered a quesadilla and the meat inside tasted like it was just boiled with no seasoning at all. It honestly looked like leftover meat from tacos thrown into a tortilla. No flavor whatsoever. My brother-in-law ordered a Cuban torta, and it was just as bad. It was completely tasteless and didn’t even include the proper toppings that normally come with a Cuban torta. It was very plain and disappointing. On top of that, the service was not good. The lady taking our order seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I’m not sure if the other man there was the owner or the manager, but both of them looked confused and unsure the whole time. Overall, a very bad experience. We will not be coming back. Do not recommend. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
