The Texas fajitas are made with tender, melt-in-your-mouth steak and delicious shrimp and chicken that my husband craves on a regular basis. Personally, I'm not crazy about their enchiladas. They use what seems like a canned cheese, and not much flavor. They really should add onions and more seasoning, but I think their salsa, beef burrito and rice are absolutely delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed the food, but this is now called Don Eladio's Cantina II. They coconut flan was delicious too. They also had pumpkin flan. My granddaughter go fried ice cream for dessert.
