Don Jose Mexican Restaurant was chosen for an early Sunday dinner. Just four of us. The booth we were assigned to was the first one at the entrance, and I felt rather cramped. We were served by Brandon, and he quickly got our orders in. We were served two baskets of chip and salsa to while the time away. Oh my, the different plates looked very yummy. A bowl of chicken and beans, a plate of tostada, and a plate of an enchilada. I hear no complaints, and I am enjoying my pork chili Verde plate that comes with my choice of warm corn tortillas. The music in the background was low, and if you really want to hear the sounds of Mexico the make a trip to the clean RR where the music is good and loud. Can't complain. The food is good, and the service was attentive. Wished we sat at a table. Maybe next time.
