Report incorrect information
Staff was rude and denied us entry as we showed COVID certificates instead of Green Pass.
The staff had lack of knowledge that non European tourists cannot have a green pass.
We went through Italian embassy and immigration formalities to visit Italy for Christmas, and this small coffee shop told us that we are not eligible to enter.
Upon requesting to speak with the manager, they completely avoided us. The other customers were also disgusted by their behavior.
If the owner is reading this, you got to do something about your staff.
