I've ordered from this restaurant a few times and really enjoyed the food. I even order the same dish every time. Today, my food is terrible. My pork carnitas just tastes like salt. Soooo salty. $24 for a plate of salt. The rice is overcooked and mushy. Even the chips have gone down in quality. Very disappointing. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1

Good food, good service, good atmosphere. We got the Big Burrito Don Ramon with steak and the Hawaiian Chicken. Both were super tender and delicious. The chips and salsa they gave us were thick and fresh. They even had their own Hot Sauces. Silvia and Alex took great care of us. The place was clean and modern. we went to Don Ramon for lunch and it was exquisite! the atmosphere was perfect. andvthe young lady who took our order was fabulous! full of joy and smiling! brought me a refill soda before my original one was even finished! she explained everything on the menu we were interested in with grace and understanding. we're both over 60 years old, and she treated us as her own parents. very much appreciated. this establishmentsee us very many times again. we loved this place and WILL return!! oh and btw...EXCELLENT cuisine!!! that meal was GREAT!!! And the servings were huge! love this place Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
