Our waitress kept disappearing but an older man kept checking on us. Other than that, it was a great time. Me and my girls enjoyed the food. They loved all the balloons that were around the restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

We usually love this place. The food is good, the waitstaff has always been wonderful and we enjoy the atmosphere. Tonight, we went in and had a rough experience, not sure if it was an off night, but the food came out cool, the quesadillas were cold with the cheese already hardened, and our margaritas ended up having a shredded straw in them. We did not request a refund for the margaritas due to having already drank 90% of each before getting to the large pieces of shredded plastic in the drink. I took a sip from the side of the glass, not from my straw which is when I had 3 large "sharp" straw shreds in my sip. Looked into the cup and fished out many more pieces, my husband then looked in his and found the same. We let the waiter know, but are a bit dumbfounded how a straw (no wrapper) ended up in the blender.. again, we did not ask for a refund because we had already drank the majority of the drink and felt that would be wrong, but I'm not sure we'll be coming here for margaritas again... We had another great meal at Don Ramon Mexican Restaurant. The chips came out warm and crispy and paired perfectly with the cold salsa and the delicious bean and cheese dip. We ordered the Texas Don Ramon and the portion was huge—definitely big enough to share. The margaritas are always perfectly mixed and the perfect way to finish the meal. This has become one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. It’s not our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last!
