We use to order here and eat in all the time. We would always have good food. The past three times has been beyond dissatisfied! Especially this past time we spent over a hundred dollars between our food and our sons food. The food was cold and they also gabe our food to another customer who brought our food back after realizing they had the wrong order. The food was cold and soggy. The food hasnt tasted the same the past few times as well. Don't think we will be eating there anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner

My family has been enjoying Don Rigos for many, many years, at least once a week. We dine in and pick up our orders. Service is always friendly and fast. The price is good for authentic Mexican food and the amount you receive. We've never had any real issues until this pickup. We spent $111 on our pickup and when we got home, my son's food had a chunk of plastic in it. We chalked it up to maybe being a piece of the lid. Then while I was eating my Don Rigo Fajita I found a staple in my cheese. 2 forgien items in 2 meals in the same order is not a mishap in my eyes. We will never spend our money here again. We had to throw out $111 worth of food. That's inexcusable on Don Rigos part. It's inexcusable.
