The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Terrific service is something that guests note in their comments. A number of people highlight that prices are democratic for what you get. But Don Ritz Hotels Awka is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Don Ritz Hotels Awka stands for excellence in performances. They stand out in taking the lead in attending to their customers. For example, the room I was lodged in developed an electrical fault at midnight and everything stopped functioning. I alert the customer care department and they moved into action immediately. They moved me and my family to another beautiful room to correct the faulty room in the morning. They are magnificent at their services .
