I placed my order at 4:45. It was supposed to be delivered at 5:23. It is now 630 and I still have not received my order. every single time I order from this place I have to wait forever to get my food and it’s usually always cold or burnt. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Waiting for someone to get in touch with me I never received my pizza order because the doordash app was not working was promised a $50 in-store credit didn't know that I had to go pick up my own pizza I don't live near Hyde Park I can't get the indoor credit through doordash been trying to get in touch with Kate the Hyde Park Madison road location to no avail my order was $48.17 that was quickly taken out of my account which I need back into my account no pizza I would like my money back Monday will be a week since I have been trying to get in touch with someone no one have called me no one have text nor emailed me donatos I would like my money back

I arrived to pick up my pizza this evening and no staff member was wearing a mask. I questioned the lady at the register why she wasn’t one wearing one and she said that because she was not handling food, she did not need to be wearing one. I then asked why no staff member in the kitchen was wearing one, as they were handling food. She said she could not comment on the regulations about masks for her coworkers. It’s very concerning, as I assume masks are required at this time. Usually I highly recommend Donatos pizza and always enjoy it, but this stuck me as very concerning.
