This place has not changed over the twelve years of its existence. In appearance, because the service has changed several times, its quality is random. But in general, don't expect effusive politeness and great focus on what the client is saying - 3/10. And if you want to drink Guinness, buy a four-pack in cans and pour it as needed (I recommend checking how to do it) - then the experience will be similar, and it will definitely be cheaper.
