I have never eaten worse shawarma in the city. It used to be delicious. Now the meat is spicy, tastes rotten, and tastes the same. The structure is disgusting, everything flows from everywhere, the sauces are bitter. After purchasing Sour Cream and Mushrooms, I received acute food poisoning on November 23rd. They sold pita bread with meat and called it shawarma. I always ordered shawarma with chicken here (with extra cheese and meat) and almost always everything was ok. Juicy shawarma with extra cheese, a taste that I remember. But recently I ordered shawarma as usual with extras for 3 rubles, but they brought me chicken in pita bread, dry and as if without cheese. Well, naturally, I know what kind of shawarma it should be and called the support service. I was told that everything was ok and that the shawarma was made according to the recipe. When I objected and said that I know the taste and composition of shawarma, which I have been ordering for a couple of years, they told me that this could not be and everything was ok. And there are two options: either they changed the recipe that day and called the chicken in pita bread shawarma, or they personally did something incomprehensible to me. And no, Doner King, I don’t believe that your manager watched the recording and everything is ok, because the taste of your shawarma I know, and what you sold me this time is not shawarma in principle.
