Attention guest threatens to place an order. After being ignored for minutes by 4 people behind the counter, I said hello out loud and was then allowed to place my order (1 kebab and 1 rollo kebab). When asked, I repeated this loudly and clearly twice more until it was prepared. At least the food was ok. In the future, I'll take my money where the staff don't care about me.
