Beautiful service and really great choice of food. We ordered the mini munch box and pox and really enjoyed the food. Thanks to Dharani for amazing service, he was very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been ordering from Döner & Gyros Rugby since they first opened about almost 3 years ago, first they were great, I went in person to eat and majority of the other times we order online through Just eat, we almost never had any problems with our orders apart that they never seemed to find our Flat and my hubby has to physically walk towards the main street to try to find the guy, most of them don't speak good English, then we think, why are we paying delivery charge if they don't delivery straight to your door??? Then here comes the big one, when I order I ALWAYS mention on my order: Delivery Notes PLEASE IN ONE OF THE POWER BOXES DO NOT ADD RED CABBAGE BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC TO IT. THANKS! DON'T FORGET. But... They forget, I then called the restaurant and spoke to someone who doesn't even speaks good English AGAIN and I explained that my order has red cabbage as you can see in my photos I am about to add to this review, The guy goes by saying that he is very sorry, I mention, that you need to be VERY CAREFULL about this because like I said in my order... DO NOT ADD RED CABBAGE BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC TO IT. THANKS! DON'T FORGET. I say: DON'T FORGET. And what did they do? They forgot and I go by saying to the guy over the phone, You could kill someone with your mistakes, a lawsuit could come your way, pay attention! I then asked for a refund he hangs the phone on me, I called again, said who I was, he replied, yes Yes the refund, I will refund you, he hangs the phone again, I call again and this time no answer.... Still waiting for my refund because of one the boxes went to the bin. another point I make in my photos is the fact the boxes reduced in size, I mentioned this to the guy he replied: Tomorrow, Tomorrow I will put it in bigger boxes.... hangs the phone! So As you can see we wont be ordering from them anymore. Rugby, you deserve better and Döner & Gyros Rugby.... Shut your doors because you don't deserve the 4 stars you have!
