Dear Julia, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. Before your order, we explained in detail that Tantuni is a traditional dish and differs significantly from a classic döner, especially in terms of ingredients and preparation. We also accommodated your request for garlic sauce (which is typically used for döner) and added it to your beef Tantuni. A Tantuni sandwich is intentionally simple and focuses on finely cut meat with a light mix of herbs, tomatoes, and onions – without the typical döner salad. That’s exactly what makes it authentic. Since you chose Tantuni after this explanation, it’s a bit unfortunate that these exact differences are now being criticized.
