I visited at lunchtime when they opened. They were already cooking several takeout orders on the griddle. It seems to be a popular local spot, as phone orders were coming in non-stop. I tried the large serving of modern-yaki. It was quite a large portion. Perhaps it was just a fluke, but when I took a bite, I noticed some undercooked flour, and there were still some undercooked parts afterwards. I was very disappointed because I wanted to eat it piping hot from the griddle.
