Don’s is one of my families favorite places. We went out for a birthday and unfortunately did not have a great experience. It was a busy night, understandably. When we were eating, a server accidentally knocked champagne flutes off of a shelf on the counter. Glass exploded and got on our food. The server didnt clean it up and it took us calling over the cook to clean it up and get us new food. When talking to another employee about the situation and potentially getting a tshirt comped, we were denied. Shirts were a separate item but instead a $15 gift card. We did not get an apology and were just told that they were slammed. The bare minimum should have been an apology. Thats it. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I was really in the mood for a hotdog, but I was kind of disappointed because the bun was hard and stale. If you aren’t going to have fresh buns, the least you can do is warm it up and try to bring it back to life. :(. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
