Horrible customer service. I usually like to go into extensive explanations so people have an idea of where you're coming from, but not this time. The interaction was just disrespectful i just wanted a dessert to share with my daughter that turned into something it shouldn't. It was our first time here. This overpriced doughnut store, mediocre at best, can close and never return. I'm so sick of everyone and there crappy attitudes and non existent customer service. Ever since covid 2020 its been hard to get even a please, excuse me or thank you out of anyone. Just save your money and if you just have to have an overpriced doughnut, check out Sidecar 10x better. Simply put, do better. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello, I actually remember helping you today but decided to review both video and audio from your visit to make sure I had the right person and to make sure I didn't miss something. At no point in time did I feel I was in anyway rude or disrespectful to you or your daughter. As a father of a young daughter myself, I would never do that. As a matter of fact, I greeted you both by saying "welcome' and "how you doin today?" as you walked in (as I do to all my customers) I took your silence to mean that you didn't want to engage in idle conversation so I backed off as I always try to 'read the room'. I also remember saying "thank you so much" and "have a great day" as you departed with your donut. As the business owner I do my best to treat ALL my guests with respect...anything else is bad for business. As far as you not liking our 'mediocre and overpriced donuts' well, that's fair and ok with us...we know we can't please everyone and we know that taste is subjective. Regardless, I wish you and your daughter nothing but the best.:)

Late afternoon, the case would probably be half full of donuts. Even so, there was a little of some unique types with cool decorations making it hard to skip and some traditional types as options which we were more drawn to when we grabbed a couple each. I got the Tiger tail which was a glazed twist with some cinnamon snuck inside the cracks. Bomb! Then a salted Carmel donut. It was ok. Tasted the salt more than the sweet. Went perfectly with my brown sugar iced drink though so not complaining. The cherry donut was so good though. Had the perfect sweet and tasted like you'd want a donut to taste. Donuts were bout $4.50 each. Sure that varies depending on the size and amount of decoration on it. But you only need one! They're all pretty big. Your eyes will tell you you need 6. And dont go hungry cuz you might break the bank haha! So glad we had no coral with help like some of the reviews stated. The guy behind the counter was cool. Greeted us and thanked us for the little wait which actually gave us more time to make choices. Had our drinks made pretty quick and even helped make a choice of sticker I couldn't makes a decision on. We had a good experience there. Some homeless were loud down the way but not in the mission square. Even ate outside on one of the benches. No seating inside that I saw. Tight place, why not get some fresh air?? And there is a bathroom. So before pissing off the greeter at the restaurant next door haha! That option is at the Uban Dripp as well. Anyway, stop on in to Urban Dripp. You'll love their donuts. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Not sure these donuts fit the vegetarian requirements Dietary restrictions: Fits your diet when its your cheat day Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot, Free of charge street parking Parking: Theres about 4 spots to the side off the main street that have 15 minute limit you can choose from. Other than that think the only other options are a garage across the way or paid parking around the way Kid-friendliness: Kids would love this place. The donuts are sweet, have cool decorations on it and that whole place is colorful. Order to go though Wheelchair accessibility: Its pretty tight but I think a chair can fit inside. No seating or tables. So plan to head in, order and head out
