Unfortunately, my experience at Donuts Factory on Madina Street was very disappointing. The staff showed a clear lack of responsibility and respect towards customers. When they made a mistake with my order, they refused to take accountability or offer a proper apology. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to visit again. I hope they improve their customer service and take better care of their clients in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
